Fantail Diary with Maureen

Anyway 8 more possums yesterday all on Waterloo line. Went down despite horrendous storm and lashing of rain. Christine must have thought I was really crazy. She went to see a friend of hers so dropped me off near Central Station. But once I was in the forest it was not too bad. Glad I did go because one trap had three possums underneath. The second time now. It is number 33.

Wonder about the lines? Well I started naming them so that I can better remember where the traps are. If you look at map Piccadilly Line goes from Central Station upriver to near trap 9. From there on it is Circle Line for obvious reasons. Then from Central Station downriver to the lookout point it is Waterloo Line. From there a new line will be installed and be called District Line. There might be some other smaller sidelines later on but for now this is the network.

The website has actually a facility called ‘lines’. You can see the button at top. Maybe I will use it and mark the lines. It would be coloured lines, yellow, blue or red. I just do not want the map getting too crowded with traps and things.

Now we reached 213 possies. There was also one hedgehog yesterday.
