Fantail Diary with Maureen

​One more possum today. Also one big fat rat. Orrible! But anyway a rat is a rat and they are very bad too for the birdies.
 
Now we have 50 possums, 5 stoats, 10 mice, 2 rats.
 
For some reason not many rats. That is a bit of a mystery to me. Are there not so many here? It might be our altitude and the cold weather which kills them off during winter. What you reckon?!
